So, now the time has come when I can give feedback on studying at this university. As a person who has studied here for almost a year, I have already formed an opinion about the university and many of the institutes in Ranha.
Education: Studying at Ranhigse has two planes. I want to warn you that I am a law student, so I will talk mostly about him. If you want to study mediocre, 3-4, or just not get out, then it will be pretty simple, mediocre doing nothing and skipping. Claiming for a higher level of m indicators, you will have to pretty much strain your brains.
The teaching staff is at a high level, about half of them are doctors of science. Of course, there are also problems. The subjective attitude of the teacher determines your grade on the exam, although I think that this rather shortcomings university education in general. For a long time, when I came here, I read about the weak and strong institutes of Ranhigs, faculties. So, it is generally recognized that ION is considered the easiest, a number of faculties of IOM, GMU IGSU, there are probably more, but I can’t speak for sure about them.

I’ll tell you right away about internships and programs: they are all paid and will cost you a pretty penny. We have an international club at IPINB that sends students to Europe twice a year: spring, autumn for a week to study international law. For this you need to show a good level of language, but the idea itself is amazing. Most of the costs are taken by the university and this is the only adequate program that I know.
The departments that you can fill in the reception room can easily turn out to be full of crap. So don't look for the truth.
I will only say what I know from the students themselves.
Faculty of Law: a good faculty with strong training (the other faculties of IPINB are weaker).
Foreign regional studies / reg of Russia (IGSU): good preparation, but a completely incomprehensible specialty. They teach two, and sometimes three languages, but this is not a classical education at all. By the 3rd year, many students begin to wonder: where to go next and often do not find an answer. If you want an interesting and multidisciplinary education and are not afraid of not finding a job by profession (and there is no such profession as a regional expert), then this is for you.
All directions of ION: a complete set of incomprehensible porridge "broadening one's horizons." Suitable for those who do not rest on the tower at all. For example, you know that your profession does not require a higher education, but requires applied skills, and you want to work from the first or second year, master the profession and spend some time studying.
GMU (public administration): very poor education, but this is at all GMUs, just a fig specialty.
Economy (separate faculty): very strong preparation. Get ready for endless pricks, an unrealistic amount of computer science and mathematics. The direction is not for weak students.
Imm: relatively small institute with several faculties. They have very good system administration (deanery), which helps its students. The average (rather to the weak) level of training, the whole direction is based on two or three teachers (Zaretsky).
Ibda: as far as I know, everyone except Orientalists (outside China) - weak-medium level. Sinologists - do not sleep for days, because they are learning Chinese.
Ffb: a good faculty with a cool student council. Their training is rather applied (business). The level of education is average. The faculty is very small in size, so the atmosphere there must be friendly.
Other faculties / institutes: nothing good and nothing bad. If they are not talked about, most likely they have weak-medium training.
There is also the mystical ggl or ggi: teaching an incomprehensibly vague specialty in English. It seems to be prestigious, there are even foreigners there. But I don’t know how to enter there or even what they teach there.
Dormitories: There are three main dorms. Building 8 is a paradise place, with soviet repairs in some places, huge queues for the elevator, 5 kitchens on 15 floors. But what the hell difference does it make when you live right on the property?! Of the pluses, living in a pseudo-room (two people in a room, it used to be a hotel).
Of the minuses, I can also say about the huge number of foreigners (and these are not inflated Spaniards, as in the series, but balding Uzbeks) and a generally unfriendly atmosphere.
Hostel in textiles: good repair, very good atmosphere, kitchens on each floor. Of the minuses: a terrible area, almost industrial, a college dorm. From the fact that this is a college hostel it follows: an indefatigable educator, with moralizing and calls to parents for your jambs, annoying security guards who do not let you in after 11, control over minors. Although this can be attributed to the pluses, as you wish. Despite the fact that they can eat through your brain, jambs do not go to the academy in the form of reprimands or warnings, everyone is trying to resolve issues at the local level and cover you. 5 people per block.
In general, in biryulyovo: the bachelor's degree does not concern in any way, only the master's degree, so I don't know anything about it, except for the fact that there is an apartment type and a good area.
There is also a hostel in the 4th building: it is paid (12 k per month), they can provide it to anyone, foreigners and payers live there. Living at a tolerable level, almost like in 8.
Atmosphere: there are a lot of events going on at the university. Anyone can take part in them (at least just come, at least be a volunteer). She herself participated only in a couple. But events take a lot of time. Studying in my department does not imply this, so I abandoned it, almost before I had time to start.
In addition, there are many clubs for every taste: politics, oratory, sports, etc. There are many Caucasians, Armenians, Azerbaijanis in the university, so it is better not for militant nationalists to enter here. Rather, the national flavor has a positive effect. The Armenians, for example, have a mafia, everyone can come, and on the kaleidoscope of cultures, the numbers of Azerbaijanis and Armenians are always the most spectacular. There are also a lot of show-offs and majors, but I don’t really care.
In general, I would rate the study positively. When I have time, I gladly attend Ranhigs events, which are arranged on a grand scale (Medvedev comes to the Gaidar Forum, Tequila and Nerves performed on freshman day, with open lecture Tina Kandelaki came, the prize for the best vocal data (AMA) was presented by the star of the Bachelor Vika, and this is only what I can name for the current year). I also like studying, I remember that the first semester I was preparing for 6-7 hours for seminars.

When applying, pay attention to the faculty! Any student of the academy will tell you that the RANEPA has both frankly "bottom" faculties and "top" faculties. Since students mainly go for a crust, and not for knowledge, they do not delve into this feature much and safely fill budget places in these faculties so that passing score not to understand which faculty is better and which is worse. Communicating with people from the “new” faculties, I made only one conclusion that they came to the university stupidly because the name of the university contains the phrase “public service” and “President of the Russian Federation”. Actually, many faculties use it. They decided that it was possible to travel on the glory of other faculties, the title and give such a load on students that any student could manage. They are partly right, these faculties are filled with students every year, the demand for them does not fall. The most interesting thing is that the vast majority of students of these faculties perfectly understand the situation and still “sit on the priest exactly” for all 4 years. It's funny that ANYONE can enter many faculties on a paid basis. Without exaggeration, ANYONE. It is enough to have a positive amount of the Unified State Exam (minimum), come to the selection committee, and they will draw up an agreement for you on the spot even before the end of the admission campaign. Another amazing fact. Paid places are not limited. 100 payers will come, they will take 100, they will come 246, they will take 246. Given that the price of education is quite cheerful, you can understand why this whole scheme works.
I really wanted to write an exceptionally good review about my university, since I study at a faculty where it is extremely difficult to study, it is very interesting, there is no time for Miss RANEPA, and graduates achieve heights.
But to be honest, I am very sorry that I will graduate from the university with the same diploma as the guys from the neighboring faculty, who simply create the appearance of studying, because I will get it earned with sweat and blood.
I will not even list which faculties are considered good and which are not. It's not even my opinion. If I write, it will look as if other faculties simply offended me with something. Chat with students, read information on the Internet. I think most students will agree with all of the above. Choose a faculty very carefully if you need knowledge, and not just a crust!


I study at RANEPA. Now I read a bunch of reviews about RANKh, now I want to leave my own. Perhaps someone will come in handy. To be honest, when I first came to this university, I did not like it. I didn’t like this Soviet atmosphere: red carpets, huge chandeliers, wood paneling ... In general, in the 10th grade, I decided that I would not enter the RANH. But fate has developed in such a way that I am still here. And I will say that it is stupid to judge a university by its appearance. And these reviews are mostly useless. For only by feeling it in your own skin, you will understand whether you like it or not, it suits or does not suit. All people are different, preferences are also different. Interested in a specialty - come!
I was lucky to get into one of the strongest, in the opinion of society (and in my opinion, too), faculties of this university - IBDA. I came here by accident, such is fate. But I'm satisfied with it. To be honest, I like it. There are pros and cons, of course.
The pluses (for me) include a strong emphasis on foreign languages. Six pairs of English in the first year. Six. Steam. When I arrived, I had no idea how it was possible. In the second year, a second language begins, you can choose from four: Spanish, Italian, French, German ...

Teachers. Healthy people teach here. The ones you want to learn from. Those that inspire (personally, I remind you). I will add that it is very interesting to study. On many subjects. And yes, not once did anyone from my group buy a single exam or test. Moreover, it is even scary to do this, for the punishments promised are heavenly. And in general there are no such rumors that you can buy something from someone. In addition, there is the possibility of obtaining a second diploma. Foreign. Everyone can take advantage. And there is also an opportunity to go on an exchange. All conditions for study are created. The auditoriums are modern and comfortable. Everything is as it should be. A! I forgot to mention that the university is located right next to the metro, all the main buildings are on the same territory, there is also a hostel right there. One of the best, by the way.
The downside is that there are a couple of strange teachers. Such that you want to twist your finger at your temple. It seems that they were specially selected for us to develop stress resistance :). In addition, the payment is quite high, and there are not so many budget places. Still, as a minus, misunderstandings with the schedule. Thanks to the renovation, we have two shifts, which is not very convenient for senior students.
Summing up, I will say that I like studying. And that's what they come to college for, right?
P.S. Our student life is also very developed, but I am not the most active participant in it, so there is not a word about it in this text.

I'll start with cheating the university:

My choice was made - a career. And thank God, because the knowledge was not received by even scores AT ALL. I was especially pleased with the subject in the last semester "Information Technology in *************" by a teacher (oh, how I want to write my full name, but so be it, I'll write it in another place), who knows nothing at all in information technology, I wonder what kind of knowledge such a person can give to students? Absolutely NO, and even worse, mislead.

For two years of study there were 2-3 teachers who gave good knowledge, but not higher than the bachelor's level, everything else is nowhere lower.

The purpose of all this action is knowledge.
The university did not give them to me at all.

Relationship with administration.
Yesterday's schoolboy, crossing the threshold of the RANEPA, submitting documents to the selection committee, does not yet suspect that public opinion and the ratings of the notorious agencies have little in common with reality.
Firstly, the relationship with the administration is built on the porcupine dilemma, in other words: you, the person who came there for the minimum services due, which are due to you by right (request for information, characteristics, about the opportunity to learn about some event, postgraduate holidays, etc.) you run into "porcupine quills" represented by representatives of the Administration, that is, with excuses, breakfasts, despite the fact that the management says that they are trying to help you, but cannot do anything.
Secondly, remember: “You are here, no one owes you anything. If we do something, we do it out of good intentions.” In practice, the situation looks like this, you must definitely pay for your studies, at a price that grows every year, which is not set from the real state of affairs (to the question of the quality of services). Forget that you are obliged to report on planned events in time, organize meetings, public lectures and support you in every possible way. The dean's office does not provide students with information about student competitions, scholarships, and olympiads. If the dean's office does not do this at all, then at the level of the Academy, the information appears (if it appears) after the fact, or in a couple of hours. In other words, the administration is not at all interested in the promotion of its own students, the popularity of the faculty itself.
Thirdly, we advise you, if you nevertheless entered, try (not to start your studies with conflicts), because an additional option for you will be an explanation of your real state of affairs, since the Academy has an “eye for an eye” principle, in relation to those who demand "too much" (see earlier). Once "guilty", no longer hope for a normal relationship with individual representatives of the Administration, booking audiences, you will fall into the category of "problematic", with a constant reminder of your "successes".
Fourthly, any actions of the administration (organizational, structural) that affect the rights of students, interests take place either regardless of the opinion of the students, or with "unanimous" support. For example, people entered the "brand" faculty, and graduate from the Institute of National Security.

3. Student life.
Firstly, the bodies of student self-government are pro-administrative, there is no question of any representation of the interests of students. There is no reporting from self-government bodies, only formal reporting to the Administration. Obvious problems are not solved, the organization of events is low (information, logistics and quantity). Consideration of issues that are important for an ordinary student is highly discouraged (meals at affordable prices, problems with providing the Academy with Internet access, living in a hostel).
Secondly, there are very few events for students, except for a skit, a well-publicized New Year's ball and random fests where you can get a free can of Red Bull.
Thirdly, if any initiatives are carried out through the Student Council, they usually implement the benefits that students of other universities have been using for a long time (to the question of competitiveness).

4. Education.
First, "practice-oriented education" has two sides. The first side completely splits the whole meaning of the practice. As noted in the previous leak, teachers really share their cases: personal, domestic and economic content. Where the household is cleaning the garden and weeding vegetables, the household is fascinating stories about life, and the personal is the accumulated experience of their social activity.
Second side. There are some practicing teachers who really share their professional experience and help to decide on a profession. There aren't many of them.
Secondly, scientific schools. The only meaning of the “school”, in this case, is the school of life, where you really understand that life is not so rosy, and no one will convince you with illusions about a wonderful future. Science is in a sad state here. Representatives of scientific schools are either simply listed, or they themselves don’t care about the level at which this bursa is. We say hello to the youngest doctor in Russia, a specialist in public law with a pedagogical education, a master of public speaking and an expert on the basic principles of Roman law.
The stronghold of science - two dissertation councils, the rays of the sun in a dark kingdom, have recently been closed.
Thirdly, a little about the typical teachers of the Academy. As noted earlier, the learning process is the solution of unnecessary tasks to anyone and indifference to results or their absence. Failure to interest in the subject and motivate students to learn. The teaching of each discipline is expressed in the study and discussion: history, subject and object of the industry, bare theory. The knowledge of some teachers is especially striking. This can be seen in the complete ignorance of judicial practice, approximate information on the subject, and all educational activities consist in retelling topics from the textbook. I study at the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Economics of the RANEPA. First, a few words about the whole university: there are a lot of faculties, many of which are divided into departments. At the same time, similar specialties, even within the same faculty, can differ significantly in different departments. I know for sure that at the Faculty of Law, Ibda (Moscow Region), Economics (namely, the Department of Economics of the Faculty of Economics) and, perhaps, for a moment, students learn a lot and get really excellent knowledge. IF YOU WILL APPLY TO THE RANEPA, THEN CHOOSE THE FACULTY VERY CAREFULLY, because they vary greatly in level.
Well, now specifically about the economy)
1) Again, the level of teaching depends on the group: there are groups where it is quite difficult to study, and there are those where
just mega-heavy, and of the latter, students often want
go to groups easier. The group you will be placed in depends on your scores during the year.
2) a lot of mathematical subjects. Really a lot. For the first 3 courses, there are exactly 10 of them. And post all of them are taught

I am a third-year student at RANEPA. I can’t say that I’m completely satisfied with everything, but it was the best option. When I entered, I took into account such things as the presence of exactly the direction and subjects that I want to study, because I already understood exactly who I want to work in terms of not only the field, but also a specific direction, which was still quite new at the time of admission. The price for training, as far as I understand, there are several types of contracts: in some, the price does not change throughout the entire training, while in others, the institute has the right to increase. The location of the institute was also important because I live in New Moscow. Providing a place for internships, which far from all institutions do, and without connections it is difficult to find one to be right in the profession. Well, the prestige of the resulting crust, where without it.

What else can be written as pluses? Almost all teachers are practitioners, not theorists, which in my opinion is much better, because they are always aware of all the events and innovations, and they orient teaching not to the so-called “memorization” of theory, but to the application of theory in practice, which more useful if you are still going to work. It is also often invited to heads of organizations and specialists who work in the relevant field. Another plus is the professional software with databases, in my case this is a necessary thing.
About items:
If you are humanists, guys, do not console yourself with the hope that if you enter the humanitarian profession, then there will be no mathematics - this is nonsense. Mathematics must be one way or another, since you get a higher education, it will be in any university, ANYONE! The only question is how much it will be and in what forms. In my case, it was enough (1 semester-linal, 2-matan) in addition to subjects that are directly related to mathematics, there are subjects that will force you to count, for example, economics, business economics, accounting. accounting, statistics and so on. In addition, RANEPA (attention) ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY !!! One way or another, you will plunge into the economy and numbers with puzzles. And yes, guys, get ready to count with your hands, not all teachers allow you to use phones, buy calculators, you will never regret it, take those that can calculate formulas, etc.
Also, be prepared for the fact that in the first two courses there will be subjects that are not particularly related to the profession, these subjects simply must be, pass and forget.
Starting from the 3rd year, there are noticeably fewer subjects, almost all of them are by profession.
About attendance:
I advise you to go straight for the first two years, the scheme with an established reputation works almost flawlessly. Sit on the first three rows and pretend to listen. It is better to write down EVERYTHING that the teachers say, it will really help out on the exam.
The 15-minute rule (if the teacher does not come within 15 minutes, then you can leave), which the older generations talk about with such excitement in their eyes, does not work in modern realities!
As for the minuses, these minuses somehow exist in all universities: there are problems with audiences and several people book one audience at once, but as a rule everything is resolved within 15 minutes; sometimes I had to go to other buildings, etc.


Dear applicants, or perhaps the administration of the RANEPA, first of all, this letter is addressed to you. The first to warn, the second in the hope of saving the Academy. I am a student at the PONB and the question that I want to raise is not ripe yesterday. The wave of indignation among the students reached its limit. Firstly, as I think, and many people notice this, the PNB at the RANKh is really a collector for everyone who did not enter and for that the law faculty is weak, but it’s not even about knowledge, all “criminals” and other crime are sent here: a sensational story in the media with beating a student from the Academy, national minorities, carrying knives in pairs, endless swearing, etc., with the complete inactivity of the dean's office, by the way, I did not see my director, deputies or dean in my eyes. From time to time, the curator of the group who came at first tried to do something, but she apparently reconciled herself, then they generally began to work with us, who passed by. It's not even clear who to contact. If any issue was promptly and resolved by the dean's office, then it was to shoot grandmas from the students. Of the four promised destinations, only two have actually been opened.
As for the teachers and evening events, this is at the level, but this does not save the general state of affairs. If everything could be returned back, I would not have entered the RANH. Sad wasted years...

Most of them are either not very interested in the learning process/feedback, or very pretentiously throw dust in the eyes with their incredible merits and professional qualities, instead of teaching. Separately, I will add the fact that, due to conflicts with the dean's office, many teachers (excellent, by the way) in. lang. departments either planned to leave or left at the time of 2019. The conflict itself consisted in students' complaints about inadequate changes in the curriculum and exams (because the criteria changed several times a year, teachers simply did not have time not only to prepare students, but even to understand what they wanted from them) and teachers' complaints for disproportionate wages. After massive complaints from students to the dean's office, the administration made a stroke of genius and blamed the teachers for everything, saying that you persuaded the students, brewed all this mess, etc.

Mystical guys who do their job only when it's time to take money from payers, they will even get it out of the ground, for all other questions / complaints / suggestions, please wait for the weather by the sea. The schedule coming the day before at 23:00 has become the norm.

4. Extracurricular activities.
There are a lot of extracurricular activities, juicy, interesting, for every taste and color, just have time to sign up for a new circle.

5. Practice / internships.
Internships are paid, I know little about them. We were put in practice from the middle of the 2nd year and did it just constantly (every six months), and either the department or look for the places of passage yourself, otherwise you have a schedule for the second shift, with which no one takes practice, because Your working day passes at the university, no one cares. As a way out: grease up with a teacher who can take you under the wing of himself or friends. The skill of pouring water into a report has been increased to 3 pages per minute.

6. Absenteeism and study.
Most teachers are loyal to absenteeism, the main thing in which case is to be ready to answer a couple, it is better to be late no more than 10-15 minutes, although, often, the teachers themselves may be late, because. breaks of 10 minutes are tough, just enough to walk to the next audience, and someone else needs to smoke, eat, go to the toilet, chat, etc.
As for homework, then each teacher has an individual order. In general, it is extremely easy to study, except for the period of the session, when you have to pull up your pants and do hard cramming, because it is enough to get 70+ points (a four starts from 61 points). What are lectures learned from friends from other universities, because. we only had seminars.

7. Canteen and cafes.
It’s worth coming here for their sake, they feed a lot, the food is tasty, for someone it can be a little expensive. It's not a shame to give half a kingdom for Ranhian coffee and Caesar salad.

Initially, I came here with an alternative in the form of Moscow State University. She preferred the Academy as a more conceptual, open educational institution with a practical focus on learning. Indeed, most of the teachers are from the Higher School of Economics, MGIMO, Moscow State University, so, in fact, both the program and the essence of the presentation of the material do not vary much, but we have collected the juice - the best from each university. A lot of practice, from the 1st course, from the 1st day of training - regular events, extracurricular activities, activity. I periodically read "leaks" about the RANEPA, and every time I notice that we are talking about large institutions, and for some reason the smaller faculties remain in the shadows. I am currently studying at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (FESN). I entered the academy on the budget for the Olympiad, but at the selection committee I applied for the direction of management and was very worried that they would not be enrolled there. But, everything ended well and for the second year I have been studying at FESN. Upon admission, the choice was huge, since the Olympiad was quoted in many universities, but it was FESN that attracted me, since back in the spring of 2018 I visited the dean’s office “on an excursion”. Therefore, the admission committee of the faculty selects new students very carefully, so that this family atmosphere at FESN is always preserved.
Foreign languages ​​were another decisive factor for me, and they are taught very well at the faculty. It is thanks to our faculty that the RANEPA received the status of the Authorized Center of the University of Cambridge for English language. In the program of each of us: a mandatory Cambridge certificate at the end of the 2nd course, another certificate (CAE, IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT) or a Russian translation diploma at the end of 3rd and 4th courses. And here all students can get two international certificates in English and a Russian diploma. Of course, in practice, a decent part is content with only two certificates, or even one, but those who want to get all three have all the conditions, and that's cool. Additionally, you can get a certificate in a second foreign language and, as an elective, learn a third language. Since foreign languages ​​are my passion, I simply could not resist such opportunities.
Among other things, the faculty really TEACHES Management. Teachers are focused on practice, on work in the field of business. And students are prepared for real life situations. FESN managed to do something that is not found anywhere else: to combine training with large companies - Coca-Cola, Pfizer, BMW, Bosch, Delonghi, PepsiCo, Sberbank, etc. projects. I have not found such information anywhere, and it is really amazing. For you, a student of 1-2 courses, representatives of large companies conduct their courses. It's just WOW!
By the way, speaking about projects, I can see that there are quite a lot of them, about 30-35 a year; about 150 students of the 3rd and 4th courses are participating. Yes, and the 2nd course also does not stand aside: for example, I recently went to Pfizer to receive data on the project. For me, this offer was just a shock, because I did not expect it at all, and, of course, I agreed, because I will not get such an experience anywhere else. Many projects are being developed with universities in Germany, Belgium, Italy and France in English; in the process, teams come to each other with an intermediate or final defense of the project in front of the management of the customer company. This is a great professional experience: in fact, in 5-6 months of working on projects, students rise to the level of real consulting, and the companies themselves take part in the project as a six-month practical work experience. And it is through such projects that I hope to get into these companies for one-year paid internships, because some FESN students have already been able to do this.
In general, our training is very intensive and sometimes stressful, but the methods are the most modern, we study on the lms portal, WhatsApp, VKontakte, Telegram and even Instagram, and every teacher really cares about the results of their students. It is very convenient to do and send homework from your phone, on the way to the subway or where there is simply no computer or textbook. And I also like that we have a clear rating system in the form of a rating, for a place in the top of which there is a tough fight. The rating encourages students to study, as there are good bonuses for the top places, ranging from tuition discounts to trips to other cities and countries. Thanks to the place in the top, I was able to get to a six-month training in Italy. For a whole trimester (yes, we have 3 sessions) I studied at the University of Pisa, and this is a tremendous experience for me.
In addition to student ratings, there are also ratings of teachers: we anonymously evaluate the work of each and, for example, recently one teacher (already old) was replaced in the middle of the year with another. This approach to working with students is very pleasing and warms the soul)).
The only thing I would like to add is free student exchanges, or rather their number. I wish that at least half of the students could have the same experience as I did in Italy. I see that the faculty is working on this, and I hope that over time it will work out that way.

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 10, 2007 No. 852 approved the Charter of the Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation". The founder of the Academy is the Government of the Russian Federation.

By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2000 No. 585, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation Egorov Vladimir Konstantinovich was appointed President-Rector of the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. December 25, 2007 in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (part two of Article 67), the Charter of the Academy, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 10, 2007 No. 852, as a result of a secret ballot at the Conference of teachers, researchers, as well as representatives other categories of workers and students at the Academy, the former president-rector, Ph.D., was elected rector of the Academy. The activities of the Academy are carried out in accordance with the laws "On Education", "On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education", "On the System of the Public Service of the Russian Federation", "On the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation", decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Academy and puts its purpose:

  • training and retraining of citizens for public service;
  • professional retraining and advanced training of federal civil servants, civil servants of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, persons filling municipal positions, persons included in the personnel reserve to fill vacant positions in the civil service, employees laid off during staff reductions or liquidation of state bodies, as well as other educational services in accordance with a license for the right to conduct educational activities;
  • training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification;
  • organization and conduct of fundamental and applied scientific research;
  • conducting research, performing work and providing services on the instructions of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation;
  • provision of consulting and information-analytical services, as well as services of a scientific and methodological nature to federal government bodies, government bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments and organizations;
  • scientific and organizational support of international programs and projects of cooperation in the field of civil service;
  • implementation of international cooperation in areas corresponding to the profile of the Academy.

The Academy coordinates the educational, scientific, information-analytical and methodological activities of federal state educational institutions that train civil servants specified in the annex to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 10, 2006 No. 1264.

Employees of federal state authorities and administration, state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal employees, representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities, employees of commercial structures with higher education are trained at the Academy.

According to the programs of the second higher education, training is provided in the specialties "State and municipal management", "Jurisprudence", "Labor economics", "Anti-crisis management", "National economy", "World economy", "Taxes and taxation", "Organization management" , "Psychology", "Personnel Management", "Political Science", "Sociology", "History", "Document Science and Documentation Management", "Applied Informatics in Public and municipal government". Within the framework of these specialties, economists, lawyers, sociologists, psychologists, management specialists, etc. are trained.

According to six specialized master's programs, admission to study in the direction of "Economics" is carried out.

In accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2006 No. 1474 “On additional professional education of civil servants of the Russian Federation”, the Academy is taking measures to expand retraining and advanced training of civil servants. New special programs have been developed, courses and seminars are being held on the problems of public service, personnel and social policy, legal foundations Russian statehood and administrative reforms, domestic and foreign experience in managing socio-economic and political processes. Training programs are formed in accordance with the qualification requirements for civil servants, which contributes to their professional growth and successful certification.

The most important direction of additional professional education of civil servants and managerial personnel for business is the implementation of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs together with foreign partners.

In 2008, the Academy for the first time opens its doors to graduates of schools and colleges, offering training in educational programs of the first higher professional education in the specialties "Psychology" and "Jurisprudence", undergraduate areas "Economics" and "Management".

The Academy trains highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel through full-time and part-time postgraduate studies, doctoral studies and forms of competition. Doctoral and master's theses are defended in 16 dissertation councils.

The teaching staff and researchers of the Academy carry out significant scientific work aimed at studying the theoretical and practical problems of public service and personnel policy, providing a scientific and methodological basis for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel, information and analytical support for public service.

The Academy has 20 departments and other structural divisions. 54.5% of the teachers of the Academy are doctors of sciences, professors, 40% are candidates of sciences, associate professors. Specialists from leading state and scientific institutions of Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as Germany, France, England, the USA and other countries are invited to give lectures. The Academy cooperates with international organizations, universities, training centers, specialists from state and municipal authorities. The Academy hosts international and all-Russian conferences and seminars, educational and scientific international projects are carried out.

The Academy has a modern material base for the educational and research process. The complex of its buildings, located in the south-west of Moscow, includes: two educational buildings with a total area of ​​120 thousand square meters. m; two hotels with 1300 single and double rooms; classroom fund with more than a hundred classrooms, including the Large Assembly Hall for 910 seats and the Small Hall for 400 seats (many classrooms are equipped with modern technical facilities); own library that has been formed over decades, the funds of which amount to about two million items in Russian and foreign languages.

Structure of RANEPA

The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration is the largest university in Russia, graduating young specialists for all management areas. RANEPA is one of the youngest and most promising educational institutions, the decree on its creation was signed in 2010. The academy included:

  • 12 regional institutes of federal significance;
  • Academy of National Economy;
  • Russian Academy of Public Administration.

Branches of the RANEPA were opened in such cities as Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don and others, in total, under the auspices of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, 68 branches operate on the territory of 58 subjects of the Federation.
